ORDER FULFILLMENT
  Donna B's Bakery Boutique, Inc. strives to fulfill each order completely and on-time.
Orders entered through our website before 12 noon Monday through Wednesday will be shipped the following day.  Orders entered after 12 noon Wednesday through Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.  (unless the particular Monday is a Holiday, then it will ship Tuesday). This is due to the fact that shipping companies do not deliver on weekends, and we prefer our "no preservatives added" cookies not sit in our shipping company's facilities over long hot or cold weekends.
Saturday or Next Day shipping options are available however.  Please call us to arrange this service
if you would like to use it.
Foreign and PO BOX addresses:  we do not ship to foreign or PO Box addresses.
Note: Shipments to Southern California addresses will, by default, be delivered on a next day basis due to the proximity of our facility, and the shorter length of haul the carrier takes with our products.

REFUNDS AND CREDITS
  Donna B's Bakery Boutique, Inc. will gladly issue you a refund or credit if you are not completely satisfied with our products.
